This Privacy Policy explains how Chell Team handles information when you use the Chell application. Our approach is built around minimal data use, clear purpose limitation, and user control.
Chell is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 17.
When you use Chell, certain information is processed to ensure the app functions correctly. This may include technical data such as device type, operating system version, app performance logs, and basic network information. This data is used strictly to maintain stability, improve compatibility, and diagnose errors.
If permissions are granted, approximate location data may be inferred from network information solely to adapt app behavior (such as language or regional optimizations). Precise location tracking is not required for Chell’s core functionality.
Chell allows users to upload travel photographs for visual transformation. These images are processed only to generate postcard-style or vintage travel poster outputs.
Chell does not use facial recognition technology, biometric identification, or any form of identity analysis. We do not collect, store, map, or analyze facial features. The system does not determine age, gender, emotion, ethnicity, or any personal traits from uploaded images.
Uploaded images are treated solely as visual input for creative rendering. No identity templates are used, and no user profiles are built from image content.
Image processing occurs temporarily. Uploaded photos and generated results are handled in short-lived processing environments and are deleted after the transformation is completed. Chell does not retain image data for training, tracking, or third-party use.
Users remain in control of their content and may delete generated images from their device at any time.
Information processed by Chell is used only to operate the app, generate requested image outputs, maintain service quality, and respond to user inquiries. We do not use personal data for advertising profiling or unrelated analytics.
Chell Team does not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist with infrastructure or processing, under strict confidentiality obligations.
Information may be disclosed if required by law or legal process, or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of Chell, its users, or the public.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information during processing. However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users acknowledge this inherent risk.
